Anthropologie Senior Art Director (Remote - US)

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the creative vision and visual storytelling for a premium fashion brand across multiple channels, including e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and site content. You will oversee full-cycle photo direction and campaign execution, from concept to final imagery, ensuring that every visual aligns with brand identity and commercial objectives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative leadership, offering the opportunity to shape a distinctive aesthetic while mentoring a team of photographers, stylists, and post-production specialists. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative content strategies and elevate audience engagement, particularly on digital and social platforms.

Accountabilities :

• Develop and execute cohesive 360° campaign concepts aligned with brand voice and business goals.
• Lead editorial and commercial photo shoots, including mood boards, casting, styling, hair / makeup, location planning, and on-set direction.
• Maintain and refine visual guidelines for digital platforms, ensuring consistent image quality, lighting, set design, color grading, and cropping standards.
• Manage a creative team of photographers, stylists, and post-production staff to maintain brand cohesion across all channels.
• Drive innovative social content strategies, including planning, image selects, and crop direction for Instagram and TikTok.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and studio teams to optimize workflows and creative output.
• Conduct visual research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the brand’s aesthetic remains fresh and competitive.
