What You’ll Do

Develop accurate project budgets using historical data and industry benchmarks

Visit active and pending project sites to ensure quality execution and process compliance

Track labor and subcontractor performance across multiple jobs

Manage schedules, budgets, materials, and resources with attention to detail

Deliver project milestones on time and within scope

Foster and maintain strong client relationships on every project

Lead and mentor team members for continued growth and contribution

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

Strong estimating background (at least 2+ years in estimating)

Previous experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor is required

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting preferred (MBA is a plus)

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills

High accountability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work from the office and job sites as needed
