Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to assist in driving client success within the science and technology sectors. This role supports the sales team through data management, campaign coordination, and administrative support, leveraging tools like our CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure efficient processes and impactful outreach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Document Management & Collateral Development :

Develop, manage, and maintain technical and marketing documents, including product sheets, project documentation, and sales collateral tailored to science and technology clients.

Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and support sales pipeline activities.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities using data-driven approaches to support sales targeting efforts within research labs, universities, and high-tech facilities.

Provide administrative and coordination support for regional marketing initiatives and design teams, ensuring campaigns align with business development goals.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and trade shows; manage logistics, materials, and post-event reporting.
