About the Role
ofi’s internship program is a great way to gain relevant experience and jump-start your career. You will work closely with exceptional talent, building on ofi’s purpose to “Be the Change for Good Food and a Healthy Future” and contributing to critical work for the business. As a Summer 2026 Intern, you will learn and contribute to a global organization, build a robust network, demonstrate leadership skills, and have some fun along the way.
As a Commercialization Intern, you will partner with the Commercialization team to optimize farm-to-fork processes, gaining insights into how we bring products from concept to customer. You’ll contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, standardize best practices, and strengthen our Private Label Spices business.
Your work will include documenting and optimizing key processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating across functional teams to build out RAIC (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) frameworks for critical sub-processes.
The ideal candidate should be in good standing with an accredited university and have a desire to pursue a career within the food industry. Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment while working with multiple teams across various locations and effective communication will be required for success in this internship.

The pay for this role in the state is $32-55 / hour and is based on position responsibilities and geographic location.
Interns whose permanent addresses are more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs.
