General Summary

This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of various pavement preservation construction projects.

Accountabilities :

• Perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure profitability goals are met
• Provide estimating support to develop the bid schedule, and participate in bid review / closing to ensure 100% accuracy in evaluating project feasibility
• Coordinate with construction manager, operations superintendent, project engineers, subcontractors, and any other applicable project team personnel to develop comprehensive plan for successful project start up and completion
• Ensure proper job controls, quantities, costs, revenue, and schedule
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, corporate management, inspectors, and any other project stakeholders providing outstanding customer service and developing long-term client base partnerships
• Ensure accurate bidding, construction, and financial reporting for all projects, encouraging continuous improvement
• Run projects at profitability levels to meet or exceed expected margins
• Clearly understand, and constantly support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment

Benefits may vary for positions located outside of the continental United States.

Base Salary Range :

$97,855.00 - $146,784.00

Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
