Administer medications and treatments

Monitor resident conditions, report changes

Take vitals, assist during exams

Lead unit nursing team and take charge if required

Complete documentation : admissions, discharges, care plans

Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state regulations

Ensure proper handling of narcotics and cleanliness of unit

Participate in training, evaluations, and audits
