What Youll Do
- Team Player : Pitch in wherever neededfront counter, blender station, restocking, dish-up, clean-up.
- Guest Experience : Greet every guest with a genuine smile, listen to their needs, and ensure they leave happier than they arrived.
- Product Quality : Learn and follow our recipes to craft bowls, shakes, waffles and coffees consistently and with care.
- Station Care : Keep your station fully stocked and pristine; follow all food-safety and sanitation protocols.
- POS & Communication : Take orders accurately, operate our POS system for payments, handle cash and card and keep the team informed of rushes or special requests.
- Flexibility : Cover varied shiftsincluding early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidaysand share your availability upfront.
