What You Will Do

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer , you'll take a high-impact, cross-functional role across multiple parts of the engineering stack. You'll help architect, design, and implement the systems that power the company's core financial platform - spanning backend services, web interfaces, and mobile app integrations.Key responsibilities include :

• Architect and develop scalable systems across backend, web, and mobile platforms.
• Design and implement performant APIs, services, and user-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with iOS, Android, and backend engineers to build a cohesive cross-platform product.
• Lead technical design discussions and set engineering standards for quality and reliability.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Work directly with founders and product leads to shape technical and architectural direction.
• Potential to grow into a general engineering leadership role across multiple platforms.
