Russell Landscape is seeking hardworking and reliable Enhancement Crew Members to join our team! In this role, you’ll help install and maintain landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow in the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work as part of a crew to install enhancement projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, and seasonal color.
• Assist with small hardscape projects such as paver or stone edging.
• Follow directions from the Crew Leader to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
• Help load, unload, and organize materials and equipment each day.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times.
• Support the crew in completing projects on schedule and to quality expectations.
