In this role, you'll lead a team of technical sales professionals, guiding the entire customer product approval processfrom identifying opportunities to securing orders. Your expertise will help shape our market presence, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer value.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical sales team
- Communicate technical product details clearly to customers and industry stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the full homologation process, including documentation and testing coordination
- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and testing labs
- Oversee the end-user approval process and ensure product compliance with specifications
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in transformer componentsStrong technical knowledge of transformer construction and operationExperience with homologation and regulatory complianceExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teamsWillingness and ability to travel up to 60%More About Us
