Marketing Assistant

Joubert Law Firm is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Baton Rouge office to take the role of

Marketing Manager .

Our

Marketing Manager

handles all types of marketing mediums for our firm.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Creating, updating, and posting to our social media pages daily;
• Creating and emailing our monthly client e-newsletter;
• Assisting with lead nurturing initiatives;
• Updating and maintaining an editorial calendar;
• Developing key content marketing, including value-driven webinars, blog posts, print articles, direct mail projects, and more;
• Building and managing relationships with clients and referral partners, including determining how best to maximize these relationships;

Possibly assisting with editing videos to be posted on social media pages and internal training.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in marketing, including content marketing and writing experience.

Must pass a background check.

Candidates should be familiar with all social media platforms and direct-to-consumer marketing.

Candidates should know the basics of the day-to-day operations of a law office.

Candidates must be computer literate, including proficient in using Microsoft Office, Canva, Hootsuite, and / or similar software.

Excellent communication and people skills are essential.

Candidates must have organizational skills and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively.
