A company is looking for a Patient Safety, Client Solution Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Coach clients on software features to achieve their Safety & Reliability program objectives

Build and maintain relationships with clients, advising on solution optimization

Lead implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality / safety or software solution client service

Experience in leading complex implementation projects and improving business processes

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
