Position : Production Associate

Pay : $16 / hr (plus $1 shift differential)

Shifts : 2nd Shift (3pm – 11pm)

The Lee Group is hiring Production Associates for a top manufacturing facility in Toano, VA . In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor plating line equipment, maintain production flow, and work closely with the lab to ensure quality and efficiency.

This is a clean, organized facility offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for overtime. It’s a great fit for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with machines and making things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of Production Associates :

• Operate plating line machinery using touchscreen controls and detailed workbooks
• Rack and prepare parts to support efficient and accurate production
• Collaborate with technicians to monitor and maintain production chemistry
• Perform light maintenance and keep work areas safe and compliant
• Add chemicals safely under lab direction as needed
• Accurately log production activity and report process issues
• Stop operations when defects or quality concerns arise
• Help train new employees and share feedback with supervisors
