LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Unit : Interventional Radiology

Rooms : - general IR suites, Spine IR room and neuro endo suites

Certs Required : ARRT (R), Az license MRTBE-CRT VI certificate is a plus but not required

Scrub Experience Preferred

EMR : Cerner, DR (PACS)

Cases per Day : -

Weekends : Yes possibly some Saturday's

Shifts : Day shifts hours M-F (a-p or a-p)

Call Requirement : None

Floating : None outside of Radiology

Floor Specific Orientation : Philips Allera, Medrad injector

Common cases / Types of Patients :

Procedures- GI / GJ tubes, Ports, angio's, Lumbar punctures, myelograms, Neph tubes, stents, ivc filters, blood patch

Also neuro experience if possible but not required endovascular procedures, embolization's, Stents, stroke treatment – if only candidate has only or mostly neuro that is also acceptable depending on what type of cases

Sedation cases have RN's, RT scrubs with MD.
