American Traveler is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT-R certification, and proficiency in Epic charting.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Assignment is in an interventional radiology department at a hospital setting
  • Day shift (4x10 hours) from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
  • One weekday call per week (Monday or Thursday) and one weekend call per month
  • Patients may include cardiovascular and general radiology cases
  • Candidates will float within their skills as required
  • Uses Epic EMR; Epic charting experience is required
  • Must submit all time-off requests up front; requests after booking are not accommodated
  • RTO under 7 days and no holiday time off is prioritized
  • Former staff must be gone from the health system for at least one year to return as a traveler
  • Locals accepted at the same rate
  • Compliance includes timely completed labs and required modules before start
  • Non-billable training includes 4 hours of Epic and up to 1 hour of other modules for allied staff
  • Excessive callouts or contract cancellations may result in Do Not Rehire status
  • Professional attire or scrubs as directed by department policy

  • Active NJ or Compact license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
  • ARRT-R and BLS required; ARRT-VI preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years recent interventional radiology experience
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • References must be provided for consideration
  • Teaching hospital or community hospital experience preferred
  • Must be able to work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
