About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Regional Business Line Manager for Induction Motors to lead its business in the United States and Canada. Applicants for the VP, Regional Business Line Manager position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of leadership experience. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of relevant markets, customers, technology, and competition, and a passion for driving business results. The candidate must be a good communicator, collaborator, and people developer, with excellent English language skills.
