    The Company is seeking a VP, Regional Business Line Manager for Induction Motors to lead its business in the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the business line's market presence, driving profitable growth, and ensuring a superior customer experience. This role requires a leader with a strong customer-centric approach, a proven track record in industrial electrification or electrical equipment manufacturing, and a strategic mindset. The VP will be accountable for the region's P&L, developing and implementing regional strategies, and leading the operations and value chain. A key aspect of the role is to build and lead a high-performing organization, drive a culture of performance management, and ensure the business line's goals are aligned with the company's strategic plan. Applicants for the VP, Regional Business Line Manager position should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of leadership experience. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of relevant markets, customers, technology, and competition, and a passion for driving business results. The candidate must be a good communicator, collaborator, and people developer, with excellent English language skills. A background in industrial electrification, electrical equipment manufacturing, or large project execution is essential, and direct experience with large motors is a plus. The role also requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally, and the candidate must already possess the necessary work authorization for the United States.
