About The Opportunity

Identify and implement processes aimed at improving the overall efficiency of the plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the Mold Shop personnel and ensure metrics are met.
• Develop and implement process technology in the plant to minimize variation and optimize the manufacturing of products while reducing costs.
• Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and workforce utilization.
• Support the technical teams in finding root cause analysis for equipment downtime.
• Provide technical skill, knowledge and judgment as it relates to the quality of product being produced.
• Provide technical input and support in the advancement of equipment and tools.
• Manage / lead plant capital improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
