Job descriptionReport to the Engineering Manager. Develop preliminary designs using 3D CAD software, create engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, CNC files), and process engineering change orders. Manage multiple mid-level complexity product lines, adhere to project schedules, and make independent engineering decisions with regular manager input. Support product testing (load, strain gauge, field), apply results to design validation, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Communicate technical information across departments and with customers; use engineering data management tools. Recommend design and process improvements, contribute to cost / safety / quality goals, and mentor junior engineers.

- 6% - 9% Bonus Potential
