Role Description

We are looking for either a full-time or part-time licensed P&C insurance agent located anywhere in Texas (but ideally in Austin). This insurance producer will be responsible for selling small commercial insurance policies, providing advice on insurance options, handling insurance brokerage activities, and offering customer service to clients.

Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with industry regulations, maintaining license continuing education requirements, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent service standards. This is a 1099 position with uncapped commission potential. Although we don't offer a base salary, we do pay the highest commission splits in Texas (starting at 60% for new business).

Qualifications

• Experience in small commercial insurance sales
• Finance-related skills and knowledge
• Licensed to sell P&C insurance in the state of Texas
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
