The Integrated Clinical Workforce Coach is responsible for providing support, guidance, and accountability to clinical staff as they support our patients as they work towards their health goals. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, delivering evidence-based health coaching and patient support, and facilitating wellness programs. The coach plays a vital role in improving the quality of patient care through the efficient use of resources and enhancing outcomes. Integrated Clinical Workforce Coach will support the growth and capacity development of staff by providing coaching, training, and professional development to staff in the Casa Esperanza community. The foundation of the Integrated Clinical Workforce Coach's work will be based on Casa’s vision, trauma-informed practices, responsive treatment, and curricular approaches that align with the Agency’s mission, vision, and values.
This person will collaborate and create ongoing, embedded professional development focusing on the implementation of inclusive, evidence-based practices, with an emphasis on group interventions and expressive therapies. We are seeking someone who believes in the potential and value of each staff member whom they support and are dedicated to their own ongoing professional growth and development. This person will hold the following responsibilities : Collaborate with Hiring Managers to support their work in setting and meeting competency-based training goals related to, evidence-based practice, person centered care planning, cultural humility, trauma informed care, integrated care, and health and safety.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in education, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in substance use treatment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must obtain Safety Care certification within 3 months of hire.
Schedule
Work Type : hybrid, up to 50% in person.
Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, flexible hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends.

Team Dynamics : the team is made up of a Director of Training, Equity & Inclusion, Integrated Clinical Workforce Coach, Training Administrative Assistant, consultants and seasonal interns / volunteers.
Working Conditions : this position is full-time, 30 hours per week in an office / training environments in the community or on campus. The schedule offers flexibility to meet the needs of the staffing patterns at the organization.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
