Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Consultant specializing in Field Service Lightning.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead discovery and design of field service processes and FSL solutions
Configure FSL and build guided service flows using OmniStudio
Mentor team members and troubleshoot complex FSL and integration issues
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience with Salesforce
3+ years in Service / FSL with at least three full-cycle FSL implementations
Hands-on mastery of FSL components and Salesforce data modeling
Familiarity with OmniStudio and integration patterns
Experience with DevOps Center / Git and Agile methodologies
