Job Details : \n

  • Work 4x10 day shifts from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

    • \n

  • On-call requirement : 1-2 call days per week (weekday call starts at 5 : 00 PM)

    • \n

  • Weekend call requirement : One call weekend every 5 weeks (Saturday 7 : 00 AM through Monday 7 : 00 AM - 48 hours total)

    • \n

  • Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs

    • \n

  • 2 years of experience required

    • \n

  • First-time travelers accepted

    • \n

  • SC or Multi-State / Compact RN license required

    • \n

  • BLS certification required

    • \n

  • 1 : 1 patient ratio

    • \n

  • Average of 5 visits per day

    • \n

  • 8 hours of orientation

    • \n

  • Must wear hospital-issued scrubs

    • \n

  • Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency

    • \n

  • Epic charting system

    • \n

  • Work with adults and geriatric patients

    • \n

  • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

    • \n

  • Must complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours pre-start

    • \n

  • Hurricane season emergency response team assignment may be required (June-November)

    This acute care hospital features 304 staffed beds and operates a comprehensive 9-room, 9-bed operating room suite. The facility utilizes Epic charting system and provides extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and transportation services. The organization maintains high standards for surgical care and offers a wide range of surgical specialties including robotic surgery capabilities.
