Job Title : Revenue Processor

$18.63 / hr

Job Summary : Manpower is seeking a Revenue Processor to join the our team at the City of Tulsa. Under general supervision, the Revenue Processor is responsible for processing revenue payments, handling basic accounting tasks, and providing customer support. This role requires someone with strong cash-handling skills, an understanding of bookkeeping practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with the public.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process revenue payments, collect various forms of tender, and issue receipts.
• Audit and balance register accounts, and prepare bank deposit slips.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in register and daily account balances.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional manner.
• Tabulate and report received funds information.
• Assist with revenue system balancing and reconciliation.
• Provide training to new employees.
• Explain departmental policies to the public.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
