Job descriptionCompetitive pay 3% IRA match Paid holidays and personal time off Industry-leading tools and resources Safe, clean, and well-equipped facility A motivated service advisor team that keeps the shop busy Growth opportunities in a supportive environment Perform diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models Handle drivability, electrical, engine, brake, HVAC, and suspension repairs Execute routine maintenance : oil changes, tire rotations, inspections Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues Clearly document findings and repair actions on each RO Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas Commit to continued training and industry certifications 3+ years of hands-on experience preferred ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them) Own a complete set of professional tools Strong diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills Valid drivers license and clean driving record Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
