Requirements (Must Haves) :

Exceptional graphical design / visual design expertise
Expertise in typography and color theory
Experience with AI tools (Google Suite, Microsoft) for generating art and animations
Proven track record of games deployed in the field
Ability to convert math concepts into visuals and enhance game mechanics
Proficiency in both 2D and 3D design
Past Experience within the Casino Gaming / iGaming industry
Willingness to relocate to Austin

Technical Skills :

Unity experience (highly preferred)

C++ / C# knowledge

Soft Skills :

Strong leadership and collaboration abilities

Ability to take direction and feedback constructively

Plusses :

Strong animation skills and creative vision

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Collaborate in-office ~2 days / week; flexible remote otherwise

Participate in game reviews, brainstorming sessions, and idea exchanges

Work closely with engineers, tech artists, and test engineers on game families

Highly collaborative environment focused on creative iteration

Compensation :

$100k to $125k per year annual salary.
