Roles and Responsibilities :
Represent clients in court appearances and hearings.
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft documents.
Negotiate agreements and settlements effectively.
Manage day-to-day litigation tasks, including case strategy and preparation.
Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience as a California litigator.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California Bar.
Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in class action litigation is a plus.
