Our client, a fast-growing fintech startup, is seeking an Operations Lead to partner directly with the CEO and help scale the business across go-to-market, product, and internal operations. This is a high-ownership, strategic generalist role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from zero to one, and consistently turns ideas into execution.
What You'll Do
- Support sales efforts by preparing for and participating in conferences, customer meetings, and strategic calls.
- Drive internal strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve processes, systems, and workflows to enable rapid scaling and market expansion.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and organizational development as the team grows.
- Act as a problem-solver and execution engine unblocking challenges and delivering outcomes with urgency and precision.
What Were Looking For
2 to 3 years of experience in operations, consulting, venture capital, or a similar strategic role.Background in fintech, regtech, high-growth startups, or founders associate / chief of staff positionsExperience in customer-facing environments and cross-functional collaboration.Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.Curiosity and comfort with technology including using AI tools to automate and streamline workflows.A proactive, resourceful operator who acts with ownership rather than waiting for direction.
