Job Location : 375 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10014. Required to work from Company Office (New York, NY) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.

Job Type : Full Time

Rate of Pay : $134,000 - $140,700 per year

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos.
• Design and creation of incredible PowerPoint templates for pitch presentations; rich in detail, animation, and other high-level design elements.
• Partner with marketing, new business and communications teams to develop design concepts for global, regional and local pitches and programs.
• Concept and create print and digital collateral for global, regional and local pitches and programs.
• Concept and creation of strategic experiential elements for global, regional and local pitches and programs.
• Assist in building and implementing new approaches to design work.
• Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines.
• Maintain graphic aesthetic and quality.
• Manage and execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines.
• Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate in any given project or team to which assigned.
• Supervise a larger team of diverse design levels.
• Responsible for creating a new thought, idea, or execution for all Global Media Initiatives.
• Assist the Head of Design in work allocation and resource / partner.

Qualifications

Requirements : Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field followed by five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Experience must include five years of experience in each of the following :
