Interim Assistant Director Of Athletics For Compliance & Deputy Title IX

Under supervision of the Executive Director of Athletics, the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance & Deputy Title IX Coordinator (AADC) is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and review of the institution's NCAA compliance program. Specifically, the AADC is responsible for the daily operation of the compliance program including student-athlete eligibility certification, development of policies and procedures pertaining to enforcement of NCAA rules, delivery of rules education to coaches and staff, as well as submission of required reports to the NCAA and / or Pacific West Conference. The AADC also serves as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator and works with the university Title IX Coordinator to ensure a safe learning, living, and working environment at Hawai'i Pacific University.

Compensation : $23.00 - 27.00 per hour commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This is a part-time (up to 19 hours / week), non-exempt, temporary position. Scheduled to end January 31st, 2026.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum two years of work experience with NCAA compliance.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, Excel, and database applications.
