Position Summary
Hamilton Creek Partners, LLC is a Nashville, TN based commercial real estate investment, development and management firm. For the past decade, we have focused primarily on business distribution warehouses in Middle TN and surrounding states. We are on track to more than double our existing portfolio and we are looking to add a new associate to our team.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee and maintain essential administrative processes, including electronic filing systems, invoicing, and checklists.
- Ordering supplies, office equipment, etc.
- Manage recurring tasks such as updating reports related to properties, investors, accounts receivable, utilities, and other recurring data.
- Visit properties, meet with vendors and assist with tenant relations.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistical planning.
- Coordinate and organize event planning activities.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and investor relations efforts.
- Assist with property insurance processes.
Compensation
Compensation : Base salary range starting at $65,000 dependent on experience and educational background.Benefits : Health insurance for self (some employee cost-sharing required); Company paid life and LTD insurance; Employee paid supplemental policies, i.e., dental, vision.Retirement : 401K – eligible after first year anniversary with company.Qualifications
Experience in a similar role or related field; accounting background is a plus.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience with Yardi software is a plus but not mandatory.Bachelor’s degree required.Contact
