Job Summary

As an RN, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with the standards of practice for your state and specialty. You will collaborate with providers and the care team, act as an advocate, and embody the organization’s vision and values to ensure outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s condition upon admission and for each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered and ensure thorough documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and act appropriately to any unintended response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to resolve them efficiently.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures.
