Position Summary :

Reporting to the Director of Warehousing, the Sr. Warehousing & Distribution manager will have the responsibility of warehousing activities for Olde Thompson in New Jersey. This also entails management and operations integration of two warehouses, position will develop overall warehousing, staffing and asset planning strategies and ensure resources are developed and utilization is maximized.

Role Overview :

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations including receiving, storage, replenishment, inventory control, and shipping.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory systems to support planning, traceability, and forecasting.
• Optimize space utilization and implement slotting strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Lead efforts to reduce inventory shrinkage, minimize stockouts, and manage obsolete or slow-moving products.

Qualifications :

The pay for this role in the state of NJ ranges from $96,000 - $160,000 and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on candidate’s experience, qualifications and / or other determining factors.
