Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth through effective renewal management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage proactive renewal processes to enhance monthly and annual recurring revenue

Negotiate renewal terms and pricing to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Build consultative relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive retention efforts

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a SaaS or Cloud organization in sales, customer success, or renewals

Proven ability to lead complex renewal negotiations

Experience in developing and managing renewal forecasts and performance metrics

Demonstrated record of client satisfaction and teamwork

Ability to deliver strategic presentations that align with customer priorities
