The Opportunity
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume hiring efforts with a strong focus on candidate experience, quality of hire, and speed. You will serve as an individual contributor managing multiple openings, partnering with internal teams to fill roles quickly and strategically.
Requirements
- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Write compelling, accurate job descriptions aligned to hiring goals
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Optimize job postings and promotion strategies for reach and conversion
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance) and report weekly
- Maintain data points and compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding efforts to increase candidate engagement and pipeline strength
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows and introduce automation where possible
