Client Service Representative

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

Communicate daily with clients regarding inventory, account flow, and business procedures

Review and verify data in multiple computer programs and databases

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Previous experience in customer service or a related role is required

Experience with Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel is required

Ability to learn multiple client systems and applications

Willingness to accept training and constructive feedback
