The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for managing all available resources to help achieve sales growth, improve results and operational goals within the assigned market while also helping to coordinate on a national level. You will maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents, Agencies, and Partners). In this role, you will also develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director, local markets, tele-sales executives and account executives, including all sales support. You will also work closely with other BRM's to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Agent experience in all markets.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Active Health Insurance license within the stated region (OR the ability and willingness to obtain within 90 days)
  • Prior experience with public speaking and presentations
  • Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales / Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100 / 300 / 100 limits
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate to the region (Oklahoma)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree
  • Sales leadership experience leading and training a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and build relationships with communities and medical providers.
  • Additional Information :

    This role is considered "remote / work at home", however, you must live within the region (Oklahoma) to be considered for this opportunity and be willing to travel up to 45% within the region.

In this interview, you will listen to a set of interview questions over your phone or text and you will provide recorded responses to each question. You should anticipate this interview to take about 15 to 30 minutes. Your recorded interview will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

    Work-At-Home Requirements :

    At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

    Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

    Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

    Pay Range : $70,000 - $95,500 per year

    This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
