A typical day as a Guest Advocate will most likely include :
Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experienceCreating a welcoming experience by greeting guestsEngaging with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needsMaking the guest aware of current promos, store activities and eventsBeing knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total storeThanking guests and letting them know we're happy they chose to shop at TargetKnowing and speaking to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guestScanning and bagging all guest items efficiently and accuratelyWorking efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracyUnderstanding and showing guests how to use the features and offerings within the Target AppBeing familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online orderingAttempting every return and following register promptsMaintaining a clean, clutter free work areaStocking supplies during store open hours while being available for the guestDemonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and complianceWorking in a safe manner at all timesSupporting guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up Orders, Drive-up ReturnsAll other duties based on business needsThis may be the right job for you if :
