We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team onsite in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing the Quality function within the organization in partnership with Operations and other departments. Will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the Quality Department with all levels of management and regulatory agencies. Direct, plan, and layout details of inspection standards, methods, and procedures used by the repair station in complying with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturers specifications. Supervise, assist, and direct all personnel assigned to the Inspection Department. The Quality Manager will be accountable for establishing and maintaining quality management practices and performances in accordance with FAA, AS9100, and customer requirements. In addition, this person will continuously assess the effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System and recommend, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate a program to ensure that the organizations production operations meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.
