About the role
We’re searching for a Senior Digital Media Planner to develop and execute innovative, data-driven media strategies that deliver measurable results for clients. This role plays a key part in our media team, responsible for driving strategic planning across digital channels, optimizing performance through data insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated digital media strategies across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, video, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with client services, strategy, and creative teams to align media plans with broader campaign objectives.
- Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure client KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Present media recommendations, rationale, and performance updates directly to clients.
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and media landscape reviews to inform planning.
- Manage vendor / partner relationships and stay ahead of digital media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and support junior media team members in campaign execution and professional growth.
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency thought leadership in digital media.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4–6+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying within an agency environment.Experience on both B2B and B2C clientsProven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).Understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and attribution).Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client relationships.Experience mentoring or overseeing junior media staff is a plus.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.💫 What We Offer
