Traveling APM / Superintendent Role
Your new company
Our client is a commercial General Contractor founded in Washington DC in 2009, performing construction services for federal, state, and local gov agencies in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, the company is solely owned and managed by a disabled Veteran of the Vietnam Era.
Since being founded in 2009, our client has completed more than $100M in projects for gov clients in sectors like healthcare, historical preservation, interior fit-outs, and LEED.
Your new role
Dual position, APM / Super will require travel throughout DC, MD, VA, and NJ to check in on projects, so this individual does have to be a bit of a nomad remote opportunities as needed.
Our client will be providing a gas card for commuting and for the NJ site, and they have a company house that they can stay at as well.
While our client mainly focuses in the gov space, this hire doesn't need government experience, they will look at general commercial construction.
Salary is up to $90k a year
What you'll need to succeed
2–5 years of experience working with a Commercial General Contractor.
Experience with Federal Government projects, commercial interior projects, or base build projects are all excepted.
Degree preferred
Tech Savvy, there will be a technical test during the interview to gauge their knowledge.
EM-385, QC, OSHA30, First Aid is a plus!
