Zentech Consulting is seeking a Customer Support & Quoting Specialist to join our College Station office— someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and loves bringing clarity and care to every customer interaction.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key customer support contact , managing emails and providing exceptional service with professionalism and empathy.Create and manage national lighting quotes — we’ll provide great training and shared resources to help you succeed.Maintain and organize our CRM systems (HubSpot and / or Salesforce) .Support daily operations with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with a small, friendly office team that values initiative and great communication.Who You Are
