Sportsman Boats is looking for an experienced gel coat operator to join our successful team.  As a gel coat operator you will be responsible for applying gel coat to molds according to specifications and production schedule, ensuring color, finish and thicknesses are adhere to.

What you will do :

• Perform gel coating of hulls, deck molds, and small parts according to production orders
• Clean, maintain, and test gel coating equipment to ensure it operates as required
• Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area
• Ensure high quality of all work done
• Possess the desire and ambition to work safely at all times
• Initiate and recommend process improvements
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

What you will have done :

This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. This role routinely wears protective clothing and masks.
