Key responsibilities include managing the team of supply chain professionals, developing and implementing supply chain strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, producing executive level reports, ensuring robust supplier sourcing programs, implementing comprehensive bid processes, developing supplier relationship management programs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing procurement plans, implementing best practices, monitoring industry trends, and providing leadership and mentorship.

Knowledge and attributes required include client focus, people management and leadership ability, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, deep supply chain knowledge, reliability, coordination and organization skills, ability to improve logistics and supply chain, conceptualizing large-picture projects, researching companies, and determining best vendors.

Academic qualifications and certifications include a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration or relevant field (master degree preferred), and supply chain management certification preferred. Required experience includes extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, working knowledge in best practice procurement processes, expertise in data center construction, superior communication and analytical skills, history of cost and time to market reductions, experience in driving alignment, experience as a people manager, strategic project and program management experience, and experience in financial analysis and analytics.

Physical requirements include frequently moving about inside and outside of data center / facility, remaining stationary for long periods of time, operating computer and office equipment, and performing work during US business hours and time zones.
