Chemist II

A company is looking for a Chemist II to oversee various projects in the OEM Coatings Technical team.

Key Responsibilities

Support manufacturing sites and provide technical guidance for projects

Oversee technical launch activities focusing on new color developments and project timelines

Develop application methods and document root causes and corrective actions for customer issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related technical discipline

At least 3 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or refinish coatings industry

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Proven experience with LEAN methodologies
