Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation’s top schools. We’re partnering with a school district in Weld County, CO to hire a dedicated BCBA for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.
This position will involve providing behavioral support and consultation across multiple school sites (PreK–transition). The BCBA will oversee a caseload of students, focusing on functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), data collection, and staff training.
Position Details
- Location : In-person only, Weld County, CO
- Hours : Full-time, up to 40 hours per week
- Schedule : Monday - Friday, follows school schedule
- School Year : Remainder of 2025–2026 (through May 29, 2026)
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plansCollect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as neededCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, related service providers, and administratorsDeliver training and coaching for paraprofessionals and teachers on behavioral strategies and data collectionMaintain documentation and compliance with district and state requirementsQualifications
Colorado Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredSpecial Services Provider (SSP)Previous school-based BCBA experience strongly preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWhat We Offer
