Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Construction Project Manager Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Oversee project budgets, track costs, and manage change orders.
• Supervise and mentor on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular visits to job sites to ensure progress and quality standards are being met.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
