Estimated Surg Volume for this role: Currently about 320 cataracts/year, YAG/SLT/LPI 390; also do MIG’s procedures including i-stent, Durysta, Kahook, etc.

Support Staff: 2 reception, 2 billing, 1 Optician, Admin, Clinical Manager/Scribe, 3 Technicians. Many of our team have been with us for more than 10 years.

Hospital Call: we do not take hospital call; do majority of our cases at ASC and are on courtesy staff at both major hospitals in town – Deaconess and Ascension/St. Vincents

OD Network: OD’s referring consistently and continue with outreach to increase referrals.

Refractive Surgery – Lasik/PRK: 150/year currently
