Location : Rockville, MD (Field-based, 60–75% travel, primarily local)
Type : Full-Time
Salary Range : $120,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

Summary :
Seeking a strategic and clinical leader to oversee care quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across multiple healthcare centers. This role supports long-term care communities including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support programs.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical performance and quality standards across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CARF regulations
- Conduct site visits and implement corrective action plans
- Support MDS documentation, infection prevention, and care planning
- Lead orientation for DONs, ADONs, and clinical staff
- Support QAPI processes and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with operations on survey readiness and staff development
- Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and strategic planning
