NPAA is seeking a seasoned formulation leader to help us meet demanding customer timelines, deliver flawless dispersion performance, and uphold our position as the market leader in automotive OEM coatings.

Impact You’ll Make

• Transform lab-scale pigment dispersions into high-performing prototypes.
• Analyze dispersion quality for use in coating formulations (e.g., stability, particle size, color metrics).
• Partner with operations to meet manufacturing process requirements and readiness.
• Stay current with supplier innovations in raw materials and equipment.
• Lead and support scale-up trials both on-site and off-site.
• Assist dispersion manufacturing operations within NPAA as needed.
• Deliver concise reports and management summaries aligned to project schedules.

Build trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional peers. Provide business process and technical training to chemists, and contribute to new business pursuits and internal process enhancements.
